In Porto, there is a bookstore claimed to be the most beautiful in the world – Livraria Lello. The entrance fee is now 8 euros, although it used to be 3 euros, then increased to 4 euros, and now is 8 euros. However, the entrance fee can be deducted from any purchase made inside the store. I bought a coloring book for 14.99 euros. Everything sold here is quite expensive; the cheapest item I found was a deck of playing cards for 9 euros, followed by the coloring book for 14.99 euros, and a pocket book for 16.99 euros.

Personally, I don’t think it’s worth visiting. The bookstore is small, with not much to see and a limited selection of books. They have Portuguese, French, and some English books.

Advance booking through their website is required due to the high number of daily visitors. However, I believe that viewing it from the outside is sufficient since you can see almost everything from there.
