Today, I visited Guimarães to watch Padre Guilherme perform as a DJ at the Penha Sanctuary. Padre Guilherme has become a very famous DJ, playing music around the world. The Penha Sanctuary is situated on top of a hill, which you can reach by car or by taking a cable car. I chose the cable car, which costs 4 euros for tourists, but there is a discount for local citizens.
Upon reaching the Penha Sanctuary, I discovered a unique restaurant built into the rock, resembling a cave. There’s also a mini train for kids to enjoy. The concert was fantastic, featuring impressive stage effects like fire and confetti.
