Today, I had the privilege of visiting the Malaysian Palm Oil Board. The Malaysian Palm Oil Board is located at a distance of approximately 25 kilometers from the center of Kota Kinabalu, with a travel time of about 40 minutes. The visit began with a video presentation, primarily focusing on palm oil and its future development.

The Malaysian Palm Oil Board is primarily divided into three sections. The first section covers the history of palm oil, the second delves into the refining process of palm oil, and the third focuses on the various products that can be derived from palm oil.

Palm oil can be used in the production of a myriad of unexpected products, such as furniture, cosmetics, beverages, health supplements, chocolates, and more. Essentially, palm oil is present in a wide range of items in the market, truly expanding my perspective.
